Meet the Coaches


 I founded the Positively Fit Community over four years ago. It has been incredible to see thousands of women show up for themselves making their mental and physical health a priority. Five years ago I became a NASM certified trainer, attended Show Up Fitness Personal Training Academy and am now certified in NLP, Hypnosis, Success and Life Coaching, TIME and EFT techniques. I am obsessed with my dogs and live in Scottsdale, Arizona.


I am the Head Coach of the Positively Fit Community and have been coaching women for two and a half years now! I've first-hand guided hundreds of women to living their best lives, creating a fun and balanced lifestyle all while developing a better relationship with themselves! I completed my internship with Show Up Fitness covering kinesiology, anatomy, nutrition, and workout programming. I am a certified Holistic Gut Practitioner! I live in Charleston, SC and I love going to the beach with my dog, traveling, going to the best restaurants in town and enjoying this beautiful life!


I am one of the head coaches inside of the PFC! I have been working in the fitness industry since 2015 as a personal trainer! I’ve personally competed regionally and nationally in over 10 NPC Bikini competitions over the past five years myself. I help women gain back confidence and create better relationships with themselves and with food. It’s my passion to watch women reach their true potential physically, mentally and professionally. I am currently certified through the ISSA as a Transformation Specialist, A Sports nutrition specialist, a certified personal trainer and a glute specialist. I strive to continually educate myself so that I can give back even more to clients! I live in Houston, Texas with my husband and our two chihuahuas!


I am the Assistant Coach of the Positively Fit Community. I am a single mom of a toddler with a passion to help busy mothers create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle through time management skills, proper nutrition and a positive mindset. I completed my internship with Show Up Fitness Personal Training Academy and strive to continue to further my education to best serve my clients. I live in Halifax, VA. I love good food, beach days and spending quality time with my son!
