Our culture constantly promotes unhealthy strategies for losing weight. Left and right you see different diets that claim to have the answer to finally losing the weight for the last time. They show you before and after photos that they probably bought from someone who didn’t even do their diet or fad program (yes, companies do that!) and they lure you in with a cheap cost.

I founded the Positively Fit Community over five years ago. It has been incredible to see thousands of women show up for themselves making their mental and physical health a priority. Five years ago I became a NASM certified trainer, attended Show Up Fitness Personal Training Academy and am now certified in NLP, Hypnosis, Success and Life Coaching, TIME and EFT techniques. I am obsessed with my dogs and live in Scottsdale, Arizona.

I am your certified Holistic Gut Practitioner and Macro Specialist! For over three years now, I have first-hand guided hundreds of women to reach their health, gut & fitness goals while creating a  fun & balanced lifestyle all while developing a better relationship with themselves! I also completed my fitness internship with Show Up Fitness covering kinesiology, anatomy, nutrition, and workout programming. I live in Virginia, love traveling with my dog, going to the best restaurants in town and enjoying this beautiful life!

I have been working as a health coach for over 7 years. I started my own fitness journey by competing nationally in multiple competitive bikini competitions. Now as a new mom, I help women of all ages & walks of life gain back confidence and create better relationships with themselves and with food. It’s my passion to watch women reach their true potential physically, mentally and professionally. I'm a certified Women's Health Specialist, Pre & Post Natal Certified, Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, Nutritionist, Transformation Specialist and Glute specialist. I strive to continue to educate myself so that I can give back even more to clients! You can find me in Texas with my family & two rescue chihuahuas!

I’m a boy mom with a passion to help busy mothers create sustainable, healthy habits that work for their lifestyle. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Women’s Fitness Specialist. I am Prenatal & Postpartum Certified and I strive to continue expanding my knowledge to best serve my clients. I live in Halifax, VA and I love good food, traveling and spending quality time with my family!

A proud boy mom + wife. Currently living in AZ but originally from Chicago. My fitness journey started when I was in high school because I played softball competitively and went on to play in college! I have my B.S in Fitness Management & Nutrition. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Women’s Fitness Specialist (NASM Prenatal and Postnatal certified). I help former athletes and mommas reshape their version of a healthy lifestyle without the all or nothing attitude & restrictive diets. I absolutely love what I do and truly have a passion for helping women become the happiest + healthiest versions of themselves.
